Client Support Specialist

We're adding a new member to our work family! We’re looking for a tech-savvy Client Support Specialist to join our EverCheck team in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.  We are a fast growing company with an energetic, forward-thinking team. 

This is a full-time position, with rotating weekly schedules of 8AM - 5PM or 11am-8pm Mon-Fri . Hourly pay is $13-$14 per hour, depending on experience, and offers excellent benefits.

Position Description:

This position is vital in the ongoing support of existing client accounts. We care deeply about the success of our partners and believe strongly in doing right by the client while offering the highest level of customer service possible. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for excellent client service and an analytical mind.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • Energy and enthusiasm! We want to work with people who are as excited about life as we are!
  • If you have a cool talent like breakdancing, magic, or opera singing that would be fun to see.
  • Experience in a business environment
  • Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communications
  • Master at Excel! – or maybe becoming a master at Excel is on your Bucket List
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the EverCheck Client Success Manager to identify weekly account priorities based on client needs
  • Review accounts to help hospitals clean up their data, problem solve along with the EverCheck Quality Assurance Manager
  • Prepare weekly client reports
  • Provide client support via phone and email
  • Stay up-to-date with new software updates within EverCheck
