Implementation Specialist

We're adding a new member to our work family! We’re looking for a tech-savvy Implementation Specialist to join our EverCheck team.  We are a fast growing company with an energetic, forward-thinking team. This is a full time position scheduled 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday in our Jacksonville Beach office.

Position Description:

EverCheck specializes in license verification for the healthcare space. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding clients and managing client implementations. Many of our clients are high-level healthcare executives, so it is important that the Implementation Specialist be confident, professional, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A successful Implementation Specialist will be very organized, patient, and possess solid critical thinking and multi-tasking skills.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact for clients during the implementation and onboarding phase of client life-cycle.
  • Set up client accounts in the EverCheck database, using native tools and/or a third-party client management software platform.
  • Develop and execute customized implementation project plans and project analyses, including organizing and conducting regular workgroup meetings throughout and following onboarding.
  • Assist clients with set-up decisions based on product knowledge.
  • Ensure all workflows and processes related to onboarding and implementations are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Working with new and existing clients to implement, re-implement or migrate to EverCheck products and services.
  • Provide training to new and existing clients on EverCheck products and services, both onsite (some travel required) and online.
  • Complete post-implementation assessments and evaluations.
