EverCheck is looking for a tech-savvy Client Success Manager join the team. This is a full-time account manager position in our Jacksonville Beach office. To best serve our clients, the schedule is split between 8am-5pm & 11am-8pm Monday - Friday.

EverCheck specializes in license verification for the healthcare space. Client Success Managers are responsible for providing "WOW customer service" and serve as the clients’ primary contact for their ongoing needs. Our clients are high-level healthcare executives, so it is important that the Client Success Manager be confident, professional, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A successful Client Success Manager is very organized, patient, and possesses solid critical thinking and multi-tasking skills.
