Client Success/Account Manager

EverCheck is looking for a tech-savvy Client Success Manager join the team. This is a full-time account manager position in our Jacksonville Beach office. To best serve our clients, the schedule is split between 8am-5pm & 11am-8pm Monday - Friday.

Position Description:

EverCheck specializes in license verification for the healthcare space. Client Success Managers are responsible for providing "WOW customer service" and serve as the clients’ primary contact for their ongoing needs. Our clients are high-level healthcare executives, so it is important that the Client Success Manager be confident, professional, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A successful Client Success Manager is very organized, patient, and possesses solid critical thinking and multi-tasking skills.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Serve as owner of various client accounts and provide service that will ensure the client's success as they utilize EverCheck growing number of products and services.
  • Train assigned clients and system users on use of EC features.
  • Advocate for customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
  • Meet and exceed client expectations by providing the highest level of customer service and developing strategies to resolve possible issues.
  • Assist with client implementations and ensuring their needs are met throughout the process.
  • Train new and existing clients on how to use EverCheck.
