Product Owner

EverCheck is looking for a Product Owner to assist with a licensee-facing application, which will be available on web and mobile devices. Experience with and an understanding of consumer needs and developing solutions is highly preferred.

Position Description:

A Product Owner serves as the lead on the product they manage and is responsible for the overall success of the software. Among other things, the Product Owner helps define, design, and deliver on new products, new product features, or enhancements to existing products. This person works with management to help craft the overall vision and direction of the product. Subsequently, the Product Owner will work alongside the software development team to execute the vision. This requires managing multiple projects and teams, and delivering project deliverables on time.

  • Experience in setting priorities for an established product.
  • Leadership/decision-making experience: manage products and work with the competing interests, needs, and priorities of multiple people/departments.
  • Extremely strong organizational skills: be a diligent note-taker (or have the memory of an elephant).
  • Demonstrated interested in technology, particularly web-based.
  • Dedication to constant learning and can demonstrate a history of personal growth.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a remote team.
  • Experience working in an environment with complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex scenarios in a simple way.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
